Technicians showed up on time. Technicians were friendly from the time they arrived to the time they left. Quick and honest. I called them Thursday afternoon and they installed a new Hot water heater Friday morning. They didn't charge us for anything we didn't need and didn't replace anything that didn't need replacing.

Service Experts Plumbing are aptly named. Thankfully, they were able to get to our sewer line problem quickly. The trenched and set a new main sewer line in just six hours. They were very professional and worked diligently the whole time. Service Experts are good people with great work ethic. I have used them for years, and would recommend them for large or small jobs. They are number one in my book!

This is my 5th time using Service Experts in the past year. I've previously had them install 2 toilets, install a garbage disposal, replace my hot water heater and fix my sink. For this service, I had them come and look at the plumbing on a new piece of property I purchased. They sent a guy named Paul, who was incredibly helpful, and was able to locate our hidden hot water heater, explain options to move the hot water heater, locate all the sewer lines (2.5 acre property with multiple structures), and provide some rationale to why the pipes were set up in their current configuration.

Service Experts Plumbing was exceptional in their response time and professionalism. Every stage of the work proposed was captured and communicated clearly. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

I was contacted by Service Experts after I put in an inquiry through Home Depot about replacing my hot water heater. The water heater had started leaking from the bottom of the tank. After talking to Brittney the Service rep she asked a few questions so she could work up an estimate. I was emailed a detailed estimate with parts breakdown and all associated costs. I read over the estimate and called her back to schedule my appointment. I was scheduled for a same day appointment (early afternoon). The service tech (Paul) called before coming and arrived as scheduled. He looked over the old water heater and area it was located. He drained the water heater, and disconnected the old piping and
fittings. He prepped the new water heater and fittings to connect it. Paul was very thorough and knowledgeable. He completed the hook up, cleaned up the work area, and removed the old water heater. He explained how the new unit
worked, and went over the invoice with me. I am very satisfied with Service Experts, and will use them for any other plumbing issues I may have.
